Angel Lane Manor sells antique and vintage items, the great majority of which are acquired without original documentation, packaging, receipts, or oral history. Any statement we make regarding an item’s age, origin, maker, period, materials, condition, or value is offered as our considered opinion, based on inspection and our experience in the trade, and not as a warranty, guarantee, or representation of fact.

We make every reasonable effort to identify items correctly, but errors and omissions in attribution can occur despite our best efforts and good faith. All items are sold “as is,” and the buyer acknowledges and accepts that descriptions of age, origin, maker, period, materials, condition, or value may be inaccurate, and that no refund, exchange, or compensation will be available on the grounds of such inaccuracy alone, except where required by law.

Buyers seeking certainty as to authenticity, attribution, or value for a particular purpose (such as insurance, resale, or formal appraisal) should obtain independent professional advice before purchasing.

No Warranties on Third-Party Platforms

Where Angel Lane Manor items are also listed on third-party platforms (including but not limited to Whatnot, 1stDibs, Chairish, or eBay), the terms and policies of those platforms apply in addition to our own. In the event of conflict, the terms of the third-party platform shall govern transactions conducted on that platform.

Limitation of Liability
